Time is money. It takes a significant time allocation to create a target list of job candidates, reach out to passive candidates, post effective ads, review dozens of resumes, meet with the most promising candidates, and then follow-up with prospects.
Your time is better spent doing what you do best. We do this full-time every day and have decades of search experience. We do the heavy lifting for you, carefully vetting candidates and bringing only the best prospects to your attention.
WE SAVE YOU MONEY
An unfilled position is costing your company money...often a lot of money. So, the sooner you onboard a productive new employee, the less costly it will be. We can usually complete the hiring process in 3 - 6 weeks, sometimes sooner. And if a new employee we find does not work out for any reason within 90 days, we begin the process again at no charge.
FOR THE CANDIDATE
Our mindful, win/win approach to hiring includes the job candidate. If a candidate isn't a good fit or the job isn't what they expected, it can be a major obstacle in their career progression. This is something we take very seriously, aligning the candidate with a position and company they can thrive in can change the future trajectory of their life.
HOW WE WORK
We conduct talent searches on an exclusive, retained commission basis. Our fee is based upon the first year compensation for the new hire, with a portion of the fee paid upon initiation of the search and the remaining amount due within 10 days of the start date of the new employee.
There are no additional charges other than our fee. All marketing and advertising costs are included. Also, we are the only search firm in the world that produces a customized video to support every job search in social media, job boards, and our website.
